what's in your (moneybag) wallet?

It's time for another Chakra Pennywhistle update! (Did I mention how much fun Rikkianne, Craig and I had making the Chakra Pennywhistle website? Rikkianne and I came up with the concept and design, and provided all of the images and text. Then we did our best to explain to Craig exactly what we wanted using sketches, Photoshop mock-ups, and my own version of sign language/interpretive dance on some occasions.)

Rikkianne has been getting some much deserved press in the men's department over the past couple of days; check her famous one-of-a-kind moneybag wallets on Urban Daddy, uncrate, and Wired! They sold out immediately, of course, but I have a feeling that she'll be working on a fresh batch soon! If you or someone you know needs one of these, and trust me, you/they do, I'd suggest visiting her Etsy shop and subscribing to a shop feed so that you are notified the moment that something new is posted.*

And can we all agree that her husband, Dave, is a perfect in-house model for these wallets?! He certainly could have a professional career as a hand model, and is such a great sport to lend his hands to such a great cause. He's been testing a wallet for a long time and has reported that it only gets better with daily use; softer, more comfortable to carry in his pocket, but maintains it's structure and usability.

*to set up a feed for instant notification, visit her Etsy shop. Scroll down to the bottom of the information on the far right of the page, and click the button that says "subscribe to shop feed".

alex-
thanks for visiting my blog! You'll find that I post about Rikkianne A LOT; it is so amazing to be able to make a best friend that you would never have met otherwise if it weren't for this blogging community. And to think that I lived on the other side of the park from her for 2 years before meeting! I'm sure I'll be visiting soon; I can't stay away from my friends and family for too long, and we still have a house in town as well. Maybe I'll meet you then! I sure miss do those Tucson thrifts...
